Provide Your Own Transportation
Boulder is approximately 1 hour from Denver International Airport (DIA). We will be driving to mountain trailheads (weather dependent) you will need to provide your own transportation. We will make an effort to car pool where possible. UBER and LYFT are reliable for transportation from DIA to Boulder, but not to trailhead locations.
FYI: In the virtual program you will be assigned a buddy/partner. Transportation maybe an easy thing to coordinate together and split a car. TBD.
Book Your Own Hotel
Recommend staying at the Basecamp Hotel in Boulder, CO. I booked my room through Expedia nightly rate $160-$170 x night. You are welcome to book a hotel nearby (there are other cheaper options).
Reminder for In-Person Adventure Not included:
-Park entry fees (e.g. National Park day pass, parking fees at trailheads)
-Breakfast, daytime food/snacks (which means you will need to bring your own lunch, snacks, during the adventure activity days Friday & Saturday)
-Saturday night dinner on your own. Explore Boulder
-Personal gear and supplies (light daypack recommended, trekking poles -more details will be provided on what to bring closer to the date and weather conditions)
-Gear rental may be required at additional cost e.g., Mountain Bike (TBD)
Cancellation policy for In-Person Adventure
A 100% refund of $447.00 will be provided on or before October 8th, 2020. After October 8th, 2020 no refund will be provided.
